Poker, Health and Golf

        During the time I've played Poker in 2026,  I said it was going to be important to focus on Health Wellness and Wellbeing as well as the poker grind.  In February as Winter is coming near end I will be focusing not only on playing poker but being heathy,  eating correctly working out walking 10000 steps a day and preparing for the golf season of 2026. I play Golf,  I play Poker,  I like to think I'm pretty good at both but over the last few years I have put on unneeded weight on which in turn has affected my health.  As a 47 year old male I need to loose about 75 Pounds,  not impossible but difficult.  Starting Feb 1st 2026 I will be on that journey.  As I'm writing this it's Day 5 and I feel good but it's a struggle to eat well and exercise and change many life habit's I've had for years. Wish me luck on this journey and I will keep you posted about the progress. 

   Golf is also on my mind for the upcoming season.  I do believe a good balance of family, recreation and Good Health are keys to putting your mind in the proper mode to Play your "A" Game in Poker in Sport and in life. My bankroll this week took another $300 loss. But I know good things are to come.  The Bankroll is at $3,589.00.  This week I WILL stay positive stay focused and look forward to better days ahead. I'm also starting to study, looking for leaks. You don't just show up to the First Tee and hit the ball without practicing on the greens or hitting a few balls to warm up.  Its the same in poker evolving is mastering and I'm looking to grow by studying.  I will keep you all posted on this as well.
